POLO RESERVE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
FOR FILING WITH THE COLORADO STATE AUDITOR, DIVISION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, AND ARAPAHOE COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER
The following shall constitute the mandatory 2025 Annual Report for Polo Reserve Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado and duly organized and existing special district organized pursuant to Title 32, Article 1, Colorado Revised Statutes (the “District”).
BOUNDARY CHANGES
There were no adjustments to the District’s boundaries in 2025.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS
1. Town of Columbine Valley
Memorandum of Water Lease dated February 12, 2003
Term: 30 years
2. City of Littleton
Lease dated September 17, 2014 for certain property for purposes of operating and maintaining a polo practice field
Term: Until September 27, 2034
RULES & REGULATIONS
No rules or regulations were adopted by the District’s Board of Directors in 2025.
LITIGATION
As of December 31, 2025, there is no active or pending litigation against the District.

FINAL ASSESSED VALUATION OF THE DISTRICT AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2025
The final assessed valuation of the District as of December 31, 2025 is $9,001,606.
