General Information

The purpose of the District is to finance the acquisition of certain recreational improvements, specifically polo fields within the Polo Reserve community, and to provide for ongoing maintenance of those recreational improvements.

Annual Report

Pursuant to Section 32-1-207(3)(c), C.R.S., the District is required to file an annual report on or before October 1st of each year for the previous year, beginning in 2023.
