Notice of Metro District Homeowners' Rights Task Force
NOTICE REGARDING THE NEWLY CREATED METROPOLITAN DISTRICT HOMEOWNERS' RIGHTS TASK FORCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force was created in the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies by House Bill 23-1105, signed into law on May 24, 2023. Among other things, the Task Force is charged with examining issues affecting homeowners who live within metropolitan districts. Additional information regarding the Task Force including the eligibility requirements for membership on the Task Force and the process by which appointments will be made to the Task Force, along with a summary and text of House Bill 23-1105 is available at https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb23-1105.
